OUR PROCESS

1. CONCEPT DESIGNS

The concept includes scaled drawings, mood boards, and planting direction, giving you a clear picture of how your garden will look and feel.

This step is vital to the design process, ensuring your project can be built with intention and consideration of not just your garden, but the environment, soil etc.


Hardscape plans detail the hardscape or structural elements of your design such as paths, pergolas, paved areas, firepits, pizza ovens, fences, pavilions and any other hard surface items. Plans include dimensions, bill of quantities and a materials schedule. Hardscape plans are shared with the client and landscapers.

Planting or horticultural plans show the specific layout, quantity and location of each plant. A planting schedule is provided, listing the botanical name, common name, pot size, quantity together with a code that relates to the location of the plant in the planting plan. Planting plans are discussed and agreed with the client.

Plans showing the layout of lighting and irrigation in conjunction with the other detailed plans. Other accessories such as pots or outdoor furniture are included at this stage. Lighting recommendations are presented for discussion and feedback.

Once the detailed plans have been confirmed, quotes can be sourced, and orders can be placed for plants and materials and delivery arranged to the site.

Once the detailed plans have been confirmed, quotes can be sourced, and orders can be placed for plants and materials and delivery arranged to the site.
